Welcome to Paradise Valley Farm

We are the Crank Family! We started our little farm back in 2018  when we purchased my childhood home from my parents. This small-acreage farm is just a piece of what was a larger ranch my grandparents started back in the 70's. Growing up on this family homestead, I watched my grandmother and even my great grandmother tending to farm animals, fruit trees and beautiful gardens. I learned through the years how to can and preserve  jams, jellies, and vegetables. This instilled a passion in me at a young age to become self-sufficient through gardening and raising animals.

For years we have carried on the legacy of my grandmother by selling jams, jellies, and relishes at our historical farmer’s market in Glen Rose, TX. Over the years, we have added new, tasty items to traditional recipes such as our favorite dill pickle salsa and freeze-dried vegetables, fruits, and CANDIES.

  

How we sell our goodies has also changed. For years, we had a farm-stand vision of an old, rusty truck bed turned into an antique beauty, and it HAPPENED........it finally happened.
